March 8, 2022 (MLN): Ansari Brothers is all set to file the new public announcement of intent (PAI) through the local exchange to acquire 15.835 billion shares of common stock, representing 35.06% of the total number of common shares of Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited if the previous PAI stands expire on 07 March 2022, Adam Securities, Manager for the offer notified PSX today.
Said PAI also includes 33.32 billion unencumbered and fully paid-up preferred shares representing 63.08% of the total non-voting, non-cumulative, convertible, unlisted, redeemable preference shares and control of Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited.
As a reminder, Ansari Brothers filed PAI on June 9, 2021 to acquire the aforementioned share of SPLC.
