“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” returns with more diamond-encrusted drama. Bravo has released the trailer for Season 12 of the series, which features several battles between returning cast members Crystal Kung Minkoff, Erika Jayne, Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, Lisa Rinna and Sutton Stracke.
The most breathtaking moments in the trailer revolve around Jayne confronting the other housewives about their attitude toward her amid her current legal and marital problems.
Jayne has faced legal drama involving her estranged husband, Tom Girardi. The 82-year-old former lawyer has been accused of embezzling millions of dollars from the widows and orphans of plane crash victims to fund the couple’s lavish lifestyle. Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020, which according to a December 2020 lawsuit by law firm Edelson PC was a “sham” to hide the couple’s assets.
Most recently, Jayne became a “frontwoman” in Girardi’s alleged fraud in a new $50 million extortion case from Edelson PC.
Jayne has consistently maintained her innocence, denying that she was aware of Girardi’s alleged embezzlement and that she was “kept away from the books” that recorded the couple’s finances.
‘And the people? And the facts?’ At one point in the trailer, Jayne can be heard screaming.
Many of the cast members have expressed their condolences to the victims of the alleged crimes. “You want to be on the side of the victims because you think that’s cool,” Girardi yells at Minkoff in a scene in the trailer. “I don’t think it’s cool,” Minkoff yells in response.

“What I tell you,” continues Girardi during Minkoff’s rebuttal. “I don’t care about anyone else but me.”
In another scene, she takes on Beauvais and asks if her actions are “to make Erika look bad” or “out of genuine concern”.
“I don’t have to make you look bad. You can do that alone,” Beauvais replies to Girardi. Richards appears to drop her jaw in response to the slap in the clip.
In addition to the standard cat fights, fancy parties and ski trips, the clip shows the cast grappling with personal tragedies. Kemsley remembers begging for her life during a grinding invasion, and Rinna mourns her mother Lois Rinna, a regular on the reality show.

The trailer also features new faces joining the series this season, including freshman cast member Diana Jenkins and the show’s new boyfriend Sheree Zampino, Will Smith’s ex-wife. In one scene, Jenkins volunteers to be the new “villain” for Stracke. In another, she listens to Jayne tell her, “If we’re going to talk about Erika’s behavior, oh, we’re going to be talking about everyone in this group.”
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” returns to Bravo on May 11.
