The resource in this roll utilizes project management standards, processes, policies, methodologies and tools established by Implementation Services to manage timelines, resources, and budgets. The Project Manager develops and tracks quality, performance, and usage metrics, and prepares communication as part of projects status reporting.You’ll be: Managing one or more projects of varying scope and/or complexity for both internal and external clientsCreating and maintaining project schedule, documentation, and artifactsWorking closely with project resources to identify, communicate and resolve open issues throughout the project lifecycleCommunicating clearly and often with key stakeholders regarding timeline, objectives and outstanding itemsManaging project team(s) according to established policies and management guidanceUnderstanding process that affect the business unit or the organization, and identifies areas of improvements that could be made to procedures, policies, or processesReceiving assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet objectivesMaintaining accountability to management based on meeting objectives and schedulesDeveloping and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and third-party vendorsYou’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related experience.2+ years of experience in project management, requirements definition and/or deployment of business requirements to information systemsPMP certification preferredEffectively communicates with small groups in oral and written form, and presents information to others (e.g., reports issues)Effectively speaks in front of large teams and communicates to senior and executive audiences in oral and written formProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to understand Sentry Data Systems’ operations and business processes.Adaptable to changes and the ability to adjust rapidly to changing conditions.Self-motivated with a bias for action.Ability to work independently and with limited supervision. Innovative thinking to improve status quo where necessary.High tolerance for stress.
