The Integer Group is looking for a Account Director to join our Denver agency. This candidate is someone who has deep experience leading fully integrated brand campaigns with a focus on above-the-line and media, has mastered the art of Inter Agency model collaboration, and is driven by strategic thought leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit.
What You’ll Do In This Role:
Developing and owning senior-level relationships that build trust-based partnerships with Clients
Bringing strategic thought leadership and Brand development expertise to our Clients on a consistent basis.
Demonstrating a broad and deep understanding of the client’s industry and agency business
Communicating consumer insights and trends
Expertly converting brand & shopper insights into big ideas that drive consumer affinity and retail sales.
Inspiring, challenging and managing the agency team in the development and presentation of all client-facing materials
Managing day-to-day agency team dynamics to ensure smooth collaboration and effective idea generation that delights clients
Developing and directing the professional growth of all Account Supervisors and Account Managers with particular emphasis on leadership, strategic thinking and management/training skills
The Experience You’ll Bring:
8+ years of strategic marketing, brand building and management experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience in brand development and leading big idea campaign development
Above-the-line Agency experience while working within an integrated Agency model. Experience leading an integrated Agency model preferred.
Extensive Digital expertise and understanding
Ability to lead and inspire a large integrated Agency team towards insight driven, holistic “big ideas”
Ability to effectively present and sell ideas to senior clients
Proven ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional team
Ability to build trust and respect through active coaching, communication, and listening
Demonstrate curiosity for the omnichannel/digital landscape, including trends and technologies.

Salary: $105,000-120,000 USD
