Managing a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, you’ll support payment processing and posting from end to end.Location: Onsite and Remote HybridDirect Reports: Accounts Payable SpecialistsPerform research, troubleshoot and fact find whenever required.Inform direct and indirect supervision of any critical matters immediately.Provide mentoring and coaching to the other members of the accounts payable team in order to continuously improve the team’s skills and performance.Work with various departments to train and educate processes in NAV and Concur.Continue to build strong working relationships with vendors.Lead process improvement initiatives for the department surrounding the payables cycle, including invoicing, approval process, payment processing and statement reconciliation.Oversee completion of month-end process around accounts payable.Work on projects and special assignments as assigned.Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times and notify immediate supervisor of any food safety and quality issues.Complete other responsibilities as assigned.WHAT YOU BRING*Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.Minimum of four (4) years of Accounts Payable experience.Minimum two (2) years of ‘hands on’ management experience.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel) required.Experience in ERP Microsoft Dynamics and Proficiency in Concur.Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.Professional appearance and demeanor.Rain Makers arepeople who are accountable, curious, and inclusive.We hold ourselves accountable andrecognize room for growth while openly accepting feedback.
