Churchill is also an acknowledged fiduciary under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).Job Summary: The Administrative Support Manager role will manage employees within and oversee functions of the Sales Assistant and Reception Departments.A Strong Candidate Should Be: A positive team player with strong emotional intelligence that enjoys working with and developing relationships within a team and with other departments.Someone who is comfortable acting as the point person and resource of knowledge for employees.A person who enjoys effecting ownership and accountability for the responsibilities of others.Someone who is comfortable with complex tasks and being approached with new challenges as they arise.Someone that demonstrates sound judgment, great decision-making skills, adept in problem-solving and a natural with interpersonal and communication skills.A person that is highly efficient in research, troubleshooting, task management, and follow up.Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching of all employees within the Sales Assistant andReception Department, and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.Help promote a department culture that encourages individual accountability, top performance, and strong team morale.Organize regular department, employee review, and individual one on one meetings.Work with HR in the recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding of new employees within both departments.Develop, implement, and review department policies and procedures.Run, review, and report all periodic department audits including all department compliance audits.Manage, review, and approve employee time sheets, back-up coverage, and PTO.Oversee and delegate office support duties such as supply ordering and inventory tracking.Identify and address problems as well as opportunities within Sales Assistant & Reception Departments.Work alongside Relationship Associate Manager and report to Director of Business Services.
