Not only do we offer an education second to none, we also make time for personal and communal growth through opportunities such as FUNraising monthly team trainings, student clubs and activities, fashion shows, photo shoots and much more!Qualifications He or she possesses interpersonal skills and experience in team management.He or she is proficient in written and verbal communication.He or she has excellent computer skills.He or she has time management skills and is self-directed.He or she has a high level of self-motivation and professionalism.Sales, admissions, or recruiting experience is preferred.Objective This job description is designed to support sales and enrollment at Paul Mitchell Schools through mastering and implementing the skills and systems that comprise the Admissions Leader role.Admissions Leader — Essential FunctionsHe or she manages the Paul Mitchell School’s website and social networking sites.He or she masters the tour script and continually refines the interview and tour experience.He or she builds relationships with existing Future Professionals, graduates, team members, and service guests to encourage guest and lead referrals. He or she masters and manages the school’s CRM lead tracking system for all lead follow-up.He or she maintains and manages The Strategy — Lead Follow-up System, including the school’s CRM Nonnegotiable List.He or she leads daily, weekly, and monthly download meetings using the Paul Mitchell Schools’ download forms.He or she learns and masters the Admissions Telephone Questionnaire to direct telephone conversations through ethical questioning.He or she schedules tours from the leads received.He or she conducts an interview and tour experience with each prospective Future Professional for the acceptance process.He or she manages telephone messages and promptly returns messages.He or she masters and develops relationships with high school counselors.He or she masters and executes the Paul Mitchell Schools high school recruiting program.He or she creates and maintains a current lead-generating events calendar.He or she oversees the professional development program and conducts classes as outlined including inter view and résumé classes and mock interviews for Future Professionals.He or she builds salon relationships that will enable salon owners to hire the Future Professionals.He or she inspects and guides a satisfactory placement rate that meets federal and school standards.He or she attends Huddle, monthly Town Hall, and staff trainings.Admissions Leaders possess and manage the following job skills: Time management skills: Plans, schedules, and executes a daily schedule using the corresponding Paul Mitchell Schools’ time management forms and/or the school’s CRM.Shows a mastery of computer skills and knows how to access The HUB.Uses professional vocabulary and communication skills.Follows Paul Mitchell Schools’ professional guidelines for dress and appearance at all times.Has organization skills.Is a trusted advisor.Is a team player and promotes unity on the team.Is flexible and assists all team members in performing their roles.Can read, learn, and implement systems related to admissions at Paul Mitchell Schools.Can easily develop and grow professional relationships as a representative of Paul Mitchell Schools and culture.Is self-directed in all areas of job performance.Is a lifelong learner.Recruiting and Attracting Admissions Leaders successfully discover and/or easily implement the following: Masters, schedules, and executes high school roundtables.Masters, schedules, and executes career fairs, open houses, and lunch jams where applicable.Maintains an inventory of branded Paul Mitchell Schools’ marketing products.Maintains an inventory of printed materials.Maintains and leads a successful Design Team with the support of the Design Team Leader.Maintains and continually develops community relationship outreach.Provides statistical information to the School Director on conversion rates, enrollment, and event return on investment (ROI).Placement Admissions Leaders successfully discover and/or easily implement the following: Schedules and maintains the salon calendar to include salon visits, an annual salon open house, and an annual advisory meeting.Meets with Future Professionals to guide them in career planning and job placement.Trains team members to encourage Future Professionals to develop career plans and marketing strategies.Oversees and facilitates professional development classes and a minimum of two professional development activities per year.Effectively manages student placement files, documents, and reports following outcomes assessment and compliance guidelines.Monitors and achieves completion, licensing, and placement rates.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Following all local, state, federal and CDC guidelines.Ability to commute/relocate:Norman, OK 73072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
