In this role, you’ll help strengthen the Hagerty brand by producing quality design layouts for high-level event projects, as well as directing and reviewing designs from other Graphic Designers. This job is for a versatile designer who enjoys being challenged, staying busy and collaborating with a talented team of creatives, all while having fun. You’ll quickly learn and adapt Hagerty’s brand guidelines, while bringing in fresh ideas and insights, taking a leadership role on projects, including art direction and project oversight. What you’ll do Collaborate closely with clients, creative leadership and project team to determine effective strategies or objectives to promote the Hagerty brand. Translate objectives and strategy into tactical approaches and oversee production of best in class marketing materials. Ensure materials produced effectively communicate brand messages and achieve the business objectives. Oversee a team of designers and encourage collaborative brainstorming and learning to achieve desired results. Challenge the team to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and ensure that best practices are considered and reflected in efforts. Encourage creativity, collaboration and communication from project team. This might describe you Previous professional Design experience Art/Design related college degree Advanced technical proficiencies in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) High level of knowledge in printing and production techniques High level of organizational skills Other things to note This position can be worked from any remote U.S. location.
