We want a talented Art Director to join our newly formed Creative Brand team. You’ll be responsible for creating integrated campaigns across all of our products and seasons. One day you may be developing a campaign that highlights our new custom design service, the next you’ll be developing the creative for our holiday campaign. With each communication, you’ll be helping to convey our mission: being the marketing partner for millions of small businesses around the world. We are customer-focused, and you should be too. As a member of the Brand Creative team at Vista, you are tasked with creating breakthrough, innovative, and meaningful campaigns and activations that drives the Vista brand forward. You have a passion to find new ways to reach our audience of small business owners using the latest platforms, social media and creative techniques. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are constantly looking for ways to stretch budgets, platform constraints and timelines to their max.
As an Art Director at Vista, you are driven to create: concepts, campaigns, broadcast ads, performance marketing, social media stories – whatever is necessary. You are resourceful, welcoming challenges, seeking solutions and removing barriers. You possess the ability to turn feedback into effective design. You believe in collaboration, both internally and with outside agencies. You aren’t precious with ideas and understand that additional perspectives help make them stronger. You are comfortable working on a globally-focused team, creating for a global market. You have a genuine respect for small/microbusinesses and are excited to be a part of a company that supports and empowers them to put their brands out into the world.
What You Will Do:
Ideation and copywriting of cross-channel concepts and campaigns
Work closely with Art Directors and Designers to create seamless executions where words and pictures are in support of a larger idea
Drive excellence in the craft of copywriting: tone, style, brevity
Work effectively to manage workload and deliverables
Collaborate with external partners such as freelancers, agencies, production studios, etc to create the best possible work
Close collaboration and co-creation with cross functional global teams
Willing and able to take creative direction and execute on feedback
Be customer obsessed

Agency experience. You have created campaigns for iconic brands and can work at that level on a consistent basis
Strong conceptual skills and clear understanding of messaging and brand adherence
Ability to communicate with both internal and external teams, and the ability to sell your ideas to internal stakeholders
Ability to translate client strategy, business goals and consumer data into compelling concepts.
Experience with concept creation for multi-faceted campaigns: TV, OLA/Display, Social, Digital Video and owned channels like email marketing
An enthusiasm for creative campaigns that move all the way down the funnel – from upper funnel awareness broadcast campaigns to more direct display and email advertising
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5-7 years of relevant art direction experience
