Job Description : We’re looking for an Assistant Closing Manager with end-to-end title closing experience to join our team. The successful candidate has at least 3 years of recent experience in the title insurance closing industry as a Closer, and has fully processed a real estate closing from Intake through Post-Closing. Excellent problem solving, communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner. Must have an established work history in the title insurance and closing industry, takes pride in their quality of work, has the ability to train, and problem solve. This position requires someone who can multi-task, maintain an exceptional attitude, enthusiastically lead a team, and shares our belief that our clients come first. Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 yearly Responsibilities: Perform tasks necessary to clear title requirements, fund the closing of real estate purchase and sale transactions, and issue title insurance policies. Assist in training and managing a closing team to perform tasks necessary to close real estate purchase and sale transactions and issue title insurance policies. Monitor scheduled closing dates and work with closing team to ensure all deadlines are met. Excellent communications skills, with ability to present ideas to management and customers. Working knowledge of relevant technologies. Assist with resolve of team and customer escalations. Qualifications: High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required Licensed Title Agent, preferred.
