|The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Business Advisory team is seeking a business focused and relationship driven team member with strong capabilities in delivering influence and impact in a highly matrixed environment. This Program Manager position is aligned to six business areas with a broad range of strategic imperatives, growth opportunities, and cultural nuances.

The DEI Business Advisory team enables and activates Liberty Mutual’s DEI strategy through direct alignment to business goals and priorities. The efforts are designed to create scalable and sustainable impact
Lead program management initiatives to support the integration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into the strategic priorities of the Investments business and Corporate Functions. Manage end-to-end programmatic elements including project management, tracking/measurement, content development and delivery. Leverage and embed Enterprise DEI frameworks, tools, and resources into programmatic approach and delivery.
Supports the development of DEI and Talent business strategies in partnership with the DEI Office, DEI Business Advisor team and business-aligned Talent and Executive leadership teams. Partners with these and other talent groups to project manage and execute enterprise-wide initiatives within the business.
Identify important and critical nuances across all dimensions of DEI and factors influencing barriers within the talent systems. Develops and maintains recurring reports/scorecards for the aligned executives and their leadership teams.
Collaborates in cooperation with the DEI Office and business-aligned Talent teams to enable and deliver impactful programming processes. In partnership with Talent Analytics and DEI Office, supports the measurement of DEI programs and more specifically the tracking of business level representation metrics allowing senior leaders visibility into their organizations and ensuring progress is being made.
Recommend and/or design implementation plans/process that will enable change management (project plans, communications, opportunities for collaboration). Propose timeframes, measurements for success, and priorities/objectives.
Bachelor`s degree and 5-10 years of business and/or human resource experience
D&I-related experience and exposure preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tactical business planning
Successful track record of understanding how to collaborate and advance mutually beneficial and aligned strategy
Demonstrated strong project management skills, analytical skills and ability to make recommendations using data and various inputs
Proven ability to build relationships across the enterprise and influence executives and leaders at all levels
Requires excellent presentation preparation, written and verbal communication skills
