RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in driving all aspects of a high-quality guest experience
Focus on maximizing team sales performance
Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring design consultants
Assist in training, coaching and developing design consultants
Facilitate and support ongoing training with all design consultants
Encourage and motivate design consultants
Assist in weekly lead/business reviews
Delegate tasks appropriately
Effectively handles conflict
Performs disciplinary action as needed
Assist in maintaining operational and reporting standards
Spends time acting as the Leader on Duty
Other duties as assigned
