The Associate Channel Manager is responsible for the comprehensive and detailed support in site merchandising execution and category sales of a newly created direct-to-consumer business. This would involve managing the development, coordination, and implementation of merchandising, brand storytelling, marketing plans, strategies, promotions, and performance analysis for the ecommerce website. Will have Financial Planning & Forecasting ownership, driving revenue and growth through product exposure, analyzing customer and product behavior to optimize the experience. This role requires a dynamic, highly motivated individual who has strong attention to detail, comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment from managing day-to-day activities to strategic planning to meet aggressive growth targets.
Functions as a leader in all facets of E-Commerce business; understands channel, customer and own business results.
Responsible for providing comprehensive and day-to-day support in the execution of digital sales, direct to consumer merchandising and impressions goals.
Develop strategy and communicate action plans for carrying out business objectives and overall site metric goals.
Be a leader in cross functional alignment and collaboration with product, marketing, design and business stakeholders to drive best in class consumer experience, asset development, promotions and optimized discovery, conversion and sales performance.
Analyze POS and site performance reporting, identify actions and opportunities.
Leverage a customer first approach using data and research-based findings to improve search, shopping experience and ease of operations.
Understanding of Digital Marketing Levers and channels that drive digital sales, while observing the boundaries of our brand guidelines.
Support demand planning for merchandising and promotions.
Advocates and supports the brand by ensuring that marketing strategies and plans are executed to achieve financial plan while avoiding unnecessary and avoidable costs.
Using Adobe Experience Manager, manage site merchandising through personalized content.
Ensure tie a tie-in to web analytics and testing to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate Ownership in following competencies: Leadership, Driving Continuous Improvement, High Standards of Performance, Teamwork, Communication, Focus on Consumer/Voice of Consumer.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Or Bachelor’s degree with recent career focus on Ecommerce Merchandising & Marketing
2 to 4 years of prior experience in Ecommerce required; Merchandising, Digital Marketing and some level of platform knowledge desired
Cross functional experience required
Demonstrated ability to analyze, think creatively, innovate and plan with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in Financial Forecasting/Planning as well as Web Analytics tools
Experience in Microsoft Excel
