| Job Description : | Associate Finance Director As an Associate Finance Director, you’ll share your world-class analytical skills and passion for collaboration by partnering with our Sales Leaders to move key business strategies forward in the Club and Dollar Channels. You will provide visibility into financial opportunities, ensure integrity of our financial statements, and measure financial profitability for our in-market investment and execution. While you are at it you will be building your network and expertise in a thriving environment of professional development and be an integral part of the US Retail Channels Team. In addition, together we will build a stronger future for our company and your career. This role is based out of our Global Headquarters in Battle Creek, MI but could also be based in Naperville, IL, or Cincinnati, OH. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Strategic Planning – In this role, you’ll lead strategic planning, help define investment posture, and key components of the strategic planning process. We are looking for someone with both a strategic mindset and the ability to work in the details. Cross-Functional Leadership – You will partner with Category teams, the US Retail Channels team, and other functions alike to develop and execute value-added plans for the business. At Kellogg, collaboration is key. Forecasting and Analysis – Your financial acumen will drive our future with confidence. You will lead special project work and post-event analysis. You will also be a key contributor to the planning and forecast processes. Understanding the future impact of today’s choices is a key component of success in this role.
