This position will support the definition of the value proposition, building and executing the KTI product roadmap plus ensuring the go-to-market strategy for the pool product category while driving towards achievement of aggressive sales targets.This position will manage the legacy of pool products using an 80/20 lens while also bringing new products to market and driving adoption of those products. As the leader of the pool portfolio, you will be responsible for providing the overall product marketing strategy.Essential Functions: Leverage consumer insights to help identify trends and long-term business opportunities for the pool categoryPartner with New Product Development Team to define product roadmaps and proactively manage product lifecyclesSupport the product development process from concept through launchAnticipates future trends and implicationsUse financial analysis to generate, evaluate and act on strategic optionsResearch and understand competitive landscapeEnsure all pool marketing communications are within Regulatory guidelinesEnsure channel partners have the tools and training needed to succeedDevelop Promotions and/or Programs to meet financial targetsWork cross functionally to ensure proper launch of new products and programsThorough understanding of competitor’s product offering & pricingBe able to articulate both verbally and writtenJob Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or EngineeringPreferred 5+ years of progressive product marketing responsibilityPositive attitude and an energetic work ethic in a collaborative team-based environmentMust possess well-developed ability to assess trends and insights using multiple data setsAble to effectively organize and prioritize work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and ever-changing tasksMust be able to act independently while collaborating with a variety of internal and external teamsAbility to synthesize large amounts of data into well-written and actionable informationAble to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal presentation and written communication skills are required including the ability to deliver presentations to senior and executive managementMust be able to travel 20% of timeDesired, but not requiredProduct Marketing Certification and/orProduct Management Certification and/orProject Management CertificationJob Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations |
