Position Description/Overview: Press Ganey currently has an exciting remote opportunity for a Project Manager to join our implementation team and lead technical implementations of our various product offerings, client services, and solutions in data and web-based projects. Responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects, the ideal candidate will be adept at working within the constraints of schedule and scope, while managing and communicating risk. To be successful, this individual must also be vigilant in ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies, as they will be working among geographically dispersed teams. Advanced customer service, satisfaction, and communication skills are needed in daily interactions with clients. Strong management skills with a proven record of providing direction and leadership to others are essential, as the candidate must be an effective communicator and problem-solver. The candidate must also possess demonstrated skills in leading and managing change, pull together ideas and suggestions, shape them into a vision, and implement within project plans. Duties & Responsibilities: Assemble and coordinate project staff members, manage project resource allocation, and forecast project timelines. Track conversion deliverables using appropriate tools. Support business segments and staff by communicating timelines effectively and accurately. Stay diligent about honoring deadlines, keeping promises, and maintaining standards. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Monitor and review project progress and timelines, identify and resolve issues to ensure project success Serve as primary point of contact for the stakeholder throughout the implementation project, and successfully transition the relationship at the end of the project to the Account Manager Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables Ensure projects meet or exceed technical specifications, customer requirements, policies, and deadlines Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Must be free to travel on occasion as business needs dictate Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in project management, consulting, or related field Ability to lead cross-functional teams toward operational objectives Ability to manage multiple project deployments and integrations Effective interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills required Experience working with matrixed resources within assigned programs and/or projects Solid understanding of software development work, practices and culture Skilled in meeting facilitation, action item traction, and follow-up Solid technical background or SAAS organization experience preferred Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Visio) Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools preferred Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience All positions at Press Ganey require an applicant who has accepted an offer to undergo a background check.
