Press Ganey currently has an exciting remote opportunity for a Project Manager to join our implementation team and lead technical implementations of our various product offerings, client services, and solutions in data and web-based projects. Responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects, the ideal candidate will be adept at working within the constraints of schedule and scope, while managing and communicating risk. To be successful, this individual must also be vigilant in ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies, as they will be working among geographically dispersed teams. Advanced customer service, satisfaction, and communication skills are needed in daily interactions with clients. Strong management skills with a proven record of providing direction and leadership to others are essential, as the candidate must be an effective communicator and problem-solver. The candidate must also possess demonstrated skills in leading and managing change, pull together ideas and suggestions, shape them into a vision, and implement within project plans.

Assemble and coordinate project staff members, manage project resource allocation, and forecast project timelines.
