CONFIDENTIALSALARY: $75,000-$80,000We are looking for a Bilingual Operations Manager to be based at the Cranbury, NJ location reporting to the General Manager.Job SummaryThe Operations Manager coordinates all activities related to operation of the facility. They will either perform the duties themselves or through their leadership team.Responsibilities: Develop production, inventory control, staffing, safety, and quality goals with supervisors and holds them accountableEnsure standards of productivity, inventory control, safety and accuracy are metProvide guidance to the development of personnel requirements, material needs, tooling and equipment needsEnsure all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are metReview’s production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems.Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectivesMaintains vendor relationships.· Compile, store and retrieve production data for reports· Ensure that tools and equipment are kept in the designated areas and are secured at all times· Other duties as assigned.Comprehension of: Warehouse processesPeople Management techniquesBusiness and management principlesProficient In: Training assigned employees on company government and customer policies, procedures and regulationsEnsuring all assigned employees comply with company government and customer policies, procedures, and regulationsActively listeningCompetent In: Facilitating and lead client communication as requiredSpeaking confident, clear, and professionalDeveloping professional and accurate written communicationAnalyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problemsSelective Preference: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science from a four-year accredited college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceBenefits: Full benefits packageConfidential company provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or genetics.
