| Job Description : | Whether you’re an experienced banking manager who wants to work for an organization that takes care of its people, or a rising star ready for your first branch… We’ve got the job for you!Alliance Credit Union is one of the oldest and most respected names in the St. Louis financial community, and we have an opportunity for someone to run our new Wentzville branch, currently under construction.You’ll guide and manage the branch office in providing quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, and new account. You’ll solve problems within established policies and guidelines, and build relationships with the community and your employees. You’ll serve a wide variety of members, but will have a lot of interaction with employees of the General Motors plant, where more than a thousand of our members work.Construction of the branch is expected to be completed this summer, but you’ll spend several months learning our processes and systems at our Fenton headquarters and alongside managers of our other branches. It’s important to be a vibrant part of the local community. Familiarity with, or high interest in the local neighborhood is a plus.
