As a Business Center Lead, you’ll oversee / perform accurate, efficient tasks related to Business Center services. You’ll lead / coordinate a team, serve as a role model in superior customer service, and train department Partners.

What is the work?
Customer Service / Management:
Fosters / role models superior customer serviceUses knowledge and suggestive selling techniques to build department / Store sales; coaches / leads BC Partners in active selling of Services Co products and servicesMaintains communication with Operations Leader on department activities, needs, opportunities, achievements, and promotional ideasProvides work direction / training to department Partners; may prepare work schedulesCoaches, develops, trains Partners to maintain a positive team building environmentSupports achievement of department financial goals; monitors department budget / payroll; increases sales through merchandisingEnsures Services Co products, services, and equipment are fully stocked and functionalVisits department website for weekly roadmaps, and departmental communications / resourcesTroubleshoots BC transactions; researches / resolves variancesCompletes tasks assigned in Task Manager within allotted time frameWorks closely with Cash Controller to ensure proper funds are order for seasonal check cashingFrequently performs BC Representative / Specialist duties
Compliance:
Ensures compliance with Services Co SOPs and Money Services Business (MSB) guidelinesPartners with Store Operations Leader / Department Manager to complete MSB Quarterly ChecklistsWorks closely with Cash Controller to ensure compliance with SOPs and proper BC transaction reconciliation
What is your background?
Minimum age 18 (mandatory)High school diploma, or equivalent1+ years of experience in the Business Center (preferred)Completion of Alcohol Seller’s Training (AST)Completion of Money Service Business (MSB) training
