|Job Description :||The Business Director of Cellular Vision (CV) is responsible to develop innovative approaches that help the company expand business while building trust and loyalty with employees and customers. The Business Director is a self-driven, innovative leader who supports and oversees the strategic vision for CV. This individual will serve as a key member of the CV Leadership team bringing their expertise and strategic thinking to support the overall organizations strategy and direction. Leveraging internal and external resources, the Business Director will make data driven decisions and recommendations that ensure short- and long-term company success and that financial objectives are met. As a key element of the position, the Business Director will be responsible for collaborating with all CV Managers on a weekly basis to elevate customer experience, marketing services, numbers, and product management to ensure that we are bringing our best to the market. Additionally, they will partner with the President of CV to ensure effective and accurate messaging and sales representation as well as develop and execute effective strategies to expand our current reach.Essential/Key Functions: · Responsible for the strategic leadership of identifying and developing longer term opportunities that provide CV competitive advantage· Responsible for overseeing all recruitment efforts including building a talent pipeline strategy to ensure no resource gaps.· Accountable for integrity of location numbers: MOM/YOY growth, location action plans, commission adjustments and weekly manager reporting.· Ensuring flow of Weekly manager meetings and reviews: beginning, middle and end numbers and development of action plan for manager accountability to these results.· Hold monthly review meetings in collaboration with CV President, inclusive of material creation (PWPT’s etc.)· Creation and upkeep of SOP’s and “How To” videos, in collaboration with CV President· Collaborate with CV President and Jorge Rodriguez with VHA on a Bi-Weekly basis to learn VHA Dashboard and Appeal missing phones. (10% Payout on successful appeal)· Identify potential market opportunities to deepen and strengthen our footprint – organic, innovative, partnership and acquisitive driven growth· Be present at all important Boost Mobile meetings/webinars and bring back learning to the teams· Collaborate with CV President to learn and develop CV strategies to serve as a mentor for all associates in the near future.Key Role Characteristics· The role requires high levels of strategic vision, transformational leadership, critical thinking, attention to detail, organization, negotiation strategies, and judgement based on overall management to execute key functions.· The role requires adequate Executive level of discretion/decision making to make apt decisions that have a direct and major impact on the operation and financial well-being of the businessMinimum (Required) Qualifications: Education and Experience· 5+ years of experience.· Experience managing leadership teams and teams of direct reports.· Ability to work collaboratively through various department and functions· Promotes a culture of proactive teamwork and accountability to results· Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization· Negotiating, influencing, and change management skills· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and writing and presenting formal presentations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities· Experience implementing initiatives and tracking results· Ability to work across all levels and lead through influence· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required; ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples· Strong attention to detail· Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups, both internal and external.· Exhibits positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required· Excellent leadership skills, as evidenced by a track record of hiring, retaining, developing, and motivating top talent· Ability to translate a business strategy into specific team objectives, breaking down organizational boundaries through collaboration, building strong relationships based on trust with all levels of employees, and a track record of personal engagement with customers, partners, and suppliers· Ability to work flexible hours and travel bi-weekly for store visitsPhysical Demands: Physical and Sensory demands are representative of an employee working in a fast-paced office environment.
