Job Description : What You’ll Do As a Stakeholder Management Manager (SMM), you will be enabling the day-to-day operations of Transformation Operations (TRON) who is accountable for designing, delivering and operating new capabilities to enable Cisco’s transformation in close partnership with the rest of Operations. This includes core pillars: Subscription & Reoccurring Revenue, Back Office Transformation, Market Access / Country Enablement, Goaling, Offers and License Simplification, XaaS reimagined, & Acquisition Success. In this role you will work closely with the Stakeholder Engagement Lead and handle engagement with one or more project partners across multiple functions to establish strong working relationships. You will develop and deliver engagement plans in accordance with the overarching engagement strategy by working collaboratively with other members of the project team, communicating with other managers and the PMO (project management office). This position will also work cross-functionally between business operations and technical teams as well as leadership related to TRON. In this capacity you’ll get to meet and collaborate with partners over results related to process and execution, headcount tracking, and resourcing. You’ll also ensure that key policies, processes, and methodologies are developed, implemented and adhered to by the team; identifying areas for continuous improvement. Who You’ll Work With TRON is part of Cisco’s Operations organization. You’ll join with business partners as well as your team of data and IT professionals, scrum teams, and other business analysts. You’ll engage with leaders in the industry to craft the future of the team & across other key partners like Finance, Procurement, Sales, Partners, IT and Human Resources. Who You Are A natural collaborator with strong relationship building skills. You have experience running sophisticated budgets and a natural tendency to get into the details. You have a proven understanding of IT industry environment and business needs. You have strong operational proficiencies with the ability to establish programs related to professional services demonstrating a deep knowledge of operational and financial levers and metrics within a professional services organization. Good communicator (verbal and written) with the executive presence to engage with executives at all levels of the organization. You recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement and represent ideas in a simple, easy to understand manner to a variety of audiences. You are able to navigate between the big picture and the details with speed and agility. You are a self-starter not afraid to challenge the status quo or address the tough questions. You are innovative, creative, analytical, inquisitive, and capable completing all of your tasks efficiently and with limited mentorship. Our minimum requirements are the following: 9+ years demonstrated ability and proven success in professional services operations and/or financial analysis roles within a high technology environment. Experience in financial analysis and analytics with respect to consulting and professional services business. Solid grasp of the Cisco business overall. Experience on groundbreaking projects Business or IT Architecture experience, Cisco knowledge preferred Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel.
