The role offers a significant profile with exposure to partners from multiple departments in the firm. The IB BS&C COO team is responsible for delivering workforce target states, driving organizational change, and providing insights to functions and senior management through data aggregation and analysis.
Chip in to forecasting initiatives and long-term strategic efforts within a large organization
Track and own financial transfers, accruals, fiscal budgets, and inter-organizational account balancing
Build and maintain Tableau visualizations for workforce and financial dashboards for executive management
Deliver client-centric service for internal key partners on organizational, structural, and workforce requests
Assist with reports and data extraction as needed from multiple sources
Your future colleagues
This role will be an element of the IB Business Services & Change COO team to lead forecasting, workforce planning, and budgeting for 1,200+ global resources and implementing strategies to build efficiencies within the business. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for applicants who possess a Bachelor’s degree along with an equivalent experience with forecasting, data analytics, or workforce planning
Phenomenal analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems
Tableau or similar dashboard building skills
Equivalent experience collaborating with multiple key partners to capture information and deliver accurate analyses
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to deliver high-impact, concise presentations and management information to senior managers
Advanced excel skills and project/change management experience considered a plus
