Job Description : | Call Center/Customer Service ManagerThe British Swim School is looking for a self-motivated leader with experience in Call Center Management. The BSS provides swim instruction in multiple locations throughout the Bay Area. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, visionary to build and shape our Customer Service Department. Primary responsibilities include scheduling, analyzing data, and creating objectives to maximize efficiencies. This position is primarily REMOTE, yet will require some visits to the swim lResponsibilities: Lead a team of Customer Service associates to meet the customers’ needs. This includes assisting on phone calls when necessary.Learn the software system and become an expert to be able to answer questions and resolve any issues.Review call center data, interpret and streamline existing processes to improve efficiencies.Motivate and coach associates to achieve company objectives.Research existing technology and competitor options to improve efficiencies.Answer questions, resolve conflicts, address problems that occur.This is primarily an inbound call center, but reps will make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or equivalent.
