| Job Description : | Capture Manager WASHINGTON D.C. FulltimeRole Specific Duties: Manages resources to create, identify, develop, and qualify opportunities that align to the company’s strategic campaigns that result in meaningful and measurable revenue growth.Achieve acquisition and sales goals through winning new business, contract recompetes, teaming, and organic program growth.Develop and maintain an active strategic growth plan, and the associated pipeline, in alignment and consistent with corporate campaign strategy and goals.Primary interface with customer community for assigned opportunities.Attend networking events and participate in federal trade organizationsLead ideation and prototype development to enhance federal health deliveryRequired Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 15+ years of business development experience within the Public Sector Health or Public Sector Financial segments or related fields.Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions including Software Modernization, Cyber, Data Analytics, and CloudKnowledge and familiarity of Public Sector Contract Buying VehiclesExperience leading large $100M+ business pursuits through a business acquisition process going through opportunity identification, qualification, and capture phases.Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:FDA/HHS: 5 years (Preferred)Business development within the Public Sector Health: 10 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
