||About Mindful Support ServicesWe are a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 500 mental health providers, and in turn over 9000 patients per week across 6 locations and virtually via Telehealth.We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with over 10 years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high quality mental healthcare.About the Role: The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining strong provider relationships, retaining contracted providers, training, and education of providers. They serve as the primary point of contact for the duration of a provider member’s experience. They will work to build and maintain a working partnership and provide continuity, context and coaching to ensure the provider member is a successful partner. They will become an expert on all relevant aspects of the business relationship and will motivate and encourage providers who are new to owning their own business and to our systems.This is a versatile role, so applicants of many backgrounds may have translatable skills. Applicants with experience in hospitality or long-term customer service relationships in particular are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for a group of providers.Coordinate all necessary meetings and orientations to ensure a well-informed and successful partnership.Engage in continuous feedback from the organization, team, and provider members to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the business relationship.Accurately and thoroughly manage the CRM to provide timely data.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; capable of holding clientele to expected timelinesAbility to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with management, staff, and providersExceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate others.Proficiency with various office technologies, including ExcelBackground check requiredCompensation and Benefits: Excellent Health, Dental & Vision benefits plan with Premera401(k) savings plan with employer matching upon eligibilityPaid holidaysCompetitive PTO packageProfessional and career development opportunitiesCompensation evaluated with opportunities for advancementJob Type: Full-timePay: $53,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required, including boosters per CDC guidelinesDaily temperature checks and health screensAbility to commute/relocate:Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
