TITLE: Clinic Director
HOURS: Full time, some evenings required
PROGRAM: Brockton Sexual & Reproductive Health Services
BENEFITS: Medical, dental, holiday, paid earned leave, retirement, etc.
DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, the Clinic Director is accountable for the day-to-day management of the site including:
Creating a high-functioning team positioned to handle the daily customer service and operational needs
Managing the clinic’s business and administrative functions
Identifying and seek opportunities to grow the program
Ensuring services are culturally and linguistically competent
Facilitating processes to create effective systems
Supervising site staff including hiring, training, observation and evaluations
Meeting operational financial requirements including site specific encounter control completion, timely deposits, batch and daily session reports, and resubmit claims as needed
Ensuring customer service/focus and increased client access
Overseeing site continuous quality improvement activities
Manage clinic inventory controls
Conduct outreach and participate in local provider meetings and ensuring a visible presence in the community
Developing and facilitating effective communication with staff including holding regular staff meetings
Attending Management meetings
Providing direct care as appropriate
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors’ Degree; 5+ years management experience including at least one year medical practice management; passion for Health Imperatives’ mission including trauma-informed, client-centered sexual and reproductive health care; demonstrated leadership skills; excellent written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; awareness of and sensitivity to diverse cultures. Must be dependable and have a valid driver’s license registration and safe driving record.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual and/or bicultural a plus; multiple years in medical practice management and knowledge of medical operations; experience in public health setting.
