Job Description : PORTFOLIO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERFUNCTION AND ROLEThe Portfolio Community Association Manager is responsible for the performance of the personnel and the maintenance of the physical properties or projects under his/her supervision in accordance with established company and Board policies and procedures. The Portfolio Manager maintains and retains community management accounts. The Community Association Manager shall act as a liaison between Advance HOA Management and the assigned communities.REQUIREMENTSEducation and ExperienceAssociates Degree in Business or Administration or other equivalent experience. B.S. preferredTwo (2) years’ experience as a Community Association Manager or other management experienceCertified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) or higher a plusKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesWorking legal knowledge pertaining to common interest communitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProject management and leadership skillsHigh standard for customer serviceProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:ManagementAcquire and maintain a full working knowledge of all applicable State and Federal Regulation pertaining to common interest communities and of the governing documents of each assigned Association.Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors for each assigned Association.Administrative and FiscalAssist the Board of Directors preparing the annual budgets for each project.Create and prepare complete Board of Directors Packets and Agendas.Facilitate upkeep of residential files and records, legal documents, property deeds, construction plans, member rosters, contracts, annual reports, meeting minutes, and all other relevant records.MaintenanceEvaluate and oversee CC&R compliance process.Review all contractual services annually and/or as needed.Manage vendors to include contracting, observing, procedure adherence, and evaluation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
