Learn more at Hemophilia.org! About the Role NHF is now looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development, the Contracts Manager will be the primary staff person handling the responsibilities for NHF’s substantial portfolio of contracts. The Contracts Manager is also responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering contracts for products and/or services for NHF. He/She/They will serve as a primary liaison with contractors and monitor existing contracts for compliance with terms and conditions. . Requirements: To qualify for this unique opportunity, our ideal candidate should have the following experience and education: Bachelor’s degree required in related field. Excellent analytical skills and 5 years of experience in non-profits, business, and/or contract law with previous healthcare, biotech or sales industry experience preferred. Background in health promotion and risk prevention programs a plus. Demonstrated project management, program development and outcome assessment skills. Self-motivated, critical thinker with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work with and influence diverse groups of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills to support working successfully in a virtual environment. Bi-lingual a plus! Where You Will Work: This is a remote role and the candidate can be based anywhere in the U.S; the ideal candidate will have comfort working remotely with a team located throughout the U.S. This position requires regular travel*, at least once a month but often more to our National Chapters and Workshop venues.Our policy requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for employees required to travel for their role. For this position, NHF has set a starting base salary range $58,300- $70,500; open to negotiation and adjustment subject to geographic region, the candidate’s level of experience, skills, education and training. |
