Our Open Opportunity The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is looking for a Credit MIT who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Credit MIT will work along side our Senior Credit Manager assisting both our Chicago and Philadelphia (remote) property . This is a developmental role intended to grow into a credit manager role after a 12-18 month program. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Bachelors Degree in a related field including Hospitality, Finance, Economics, or Business Proficient Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Fast learner with a positive attitude Ability to adapt and quickly learn programs and technical skills Strong Customer Service skills Desire to grow and develop into the role and upper management roles in credit across the company Ability to commit to small amounts of travel Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. Please note that due to the large number of responses we receive, only candidates being considered for the above position will be contacted for an interview.
