BACHELOR’S DEGREE AND RETAIL CALL CENTER OR RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. CALL CENTER TRAINING AND DATA ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

TRAINS, DEVELOPS, AND IMPLEMENTS OPERATIONAL STANDARDS AND POLICIES.
PROVIDES RECOMMENDATIONS AND EXECUTES CORPORATE PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES.
PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
