About the role:
As our Customer Education Manager, you will collaborate closely with members of the marketing, client services, sales and product teams to ensure customers have access to the information they need. Supporting a customer base of advertisers (brand marketers and agencies) and publishers (digital signage operators), you’ll work with the team to drive product adoption and success for these customers. Our goal is to ensure that customers understand the marketplace and are able to best use Vistar’s solutions to achieve real-world results. To do so, you’ll be expected to deliver impactful, engaging content to drive education on programmatic out-of-home advertising and Vistar’s products.
Ideally you have a strong background in marketing or client education and are a compelling storyteller and content creator, while also being interested in managing the systems-side of content delivery (user management & permissioning, content storage, etc.)
What you’ll do:
Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop a deep understanding of products & customers, and develop a framework & processes for learning content development at scale, including: Training and certification programs for advertisers and digital signage operators
Engaging, interactive content to equip our customers on the latest product offerings
Take ownership of existing training program, helping to innovate current content and leading its evolution
Maintain client training / participant records (registration, content engagement, evaluations, etc.)
Deliver training reports & impact analysis to identify key activities influencing revenue, retention and product adoption and provide recommendations for improvement
What experience we’re looking for:
3-5 years in a customer training or learning & development environment
Experience in developing training curriculum or content
Experience within ad-tech or saas industry, or startup experience preferred
Who you are:
A customer success champion with a track record for building and nurturing relationships through on-demand content, live trainings and webinars
Comfortable communicating effectively across all levels of audience, from beginner to expert-level knowledge, new hires to established executives, prospects to long-time customers
Adept at making technical concepts understandable to general audiences
Knowledgeable about adult learning best practices for both digital and in-person training
Skilled in project management
