If you are detail oriented and possess an executive presence exuding confidence as a subject matter expert, you may be a good fit! Successful individuals in this role must be comfortable working under pressure, have a high degree of accuracy, problem solving skills, professional conduct, and follow-through.This position is fully remote and reports directly to the WealthAbility® Technical Project Manager.Duties/Responsibilities: Builds, maintains and enhances existing campaigns with the Keap Max Classic software (formerly known as Infusionsoft)Create processes and manage applications in Keap to effectively accomplish business goalsDesign and conduct on-going reviews and evaluations of CRM performance effectiveness and recommend optimizationAct as the bridge between the CRM system and the end users and anticipate assistance needed by identifying problems, needs, options, and solutions before being askedProvides team training where applicable, and is proficient at system documentationResearch content and/or collaborate with internal teamProtects sensitive and confidential information received and generatedManages Keap user accounts and permissionsMaintains flexibility with work hours – specifically for conferences and eventsUtilizes knowledge of company culture, operations, playbooks / policies, procedures in performing duties with minimal direction/supervisionPerforms special or other projects as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities: Strong administrative and technical skills in Keap Infusionsoft Max Classic software or SalesforceExperience building custom campaigns and integrations such as PlusThis, Parsey, & DocuSignExperience building custom ecommerce solutionsKnowledge of techniques that improve sales funnel metricsExperience implementing and maintaining technical systems and workflowsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomouslyWork efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookRegular and predictable attendance is requiredEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems is preferred.3 – 5 years of CRM software configuration / development experience requiredPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Job Type: Full-timePay: $79,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:CRM software configuration: 3 years (Required)Work Location: Remote
