Job description
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads & manages the Customer Service Desk Team
Defines the organizational structure, optimized processes and interfaces for Customer Service Team
Motivates and trains the team to become a high-performance team with state of the art performances
Sets clear objectives and monitors the Team’s performance through the implementation of solid KPI’s
Executes yearly appraisal forms
Provides guidance to the team to manage complex and urgent issues as well ensuring their implementation
Ensures the implementation and maintenance of tools, such as SAP & CRM, E-Commerce and EDI.
Ensures training and education on all tools to optimize usage and efficiency from CSD staff
Prioritizes digital solutions and developments to improve customer satisfaction and decrease costs.
Identifies and executes opportunities to make information available on the Web-site
Ensures improvement of quality and speed of all processes, Quotations, Order entry, Key Account Management, Order backlog, Customer Care, Tele-sales, Credit- and Return-requests, Customer follow-up and response-time
Ensures Certificates are properly managed and made available by Material Management
Implements strong Customer relationships with distributors and end-customers to optimize Customer Intimacy using different communication channels
Organizes regular interface meetings with other departments to ensure short and fast Customer resolutions.
Supports Material Management in selling off Dead-stock and Slow-mover campaigns
Implements and promotes Tele-sales activities to support sales- and marketing activities
Manages customer relationship management and contributes in data quality optimization
Contributes in Pricing optimization
Benchmarks other Regional Customer Service organizations, internally and externally from other industries
Drives sales process improvements
Develops strong relationship and collaboration with functional head and related global department
Cooperation with other functional departments and business units
Ensure efficient cooperation with other departments and business units
Ensure customer relationship management
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administartion
Commercial Business administration preferred
SAP experience required
