The BSM will act as the main point of contact for Branch Managers and corresponding employees. They will build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their branches and meet regularly to communicate & encourage corporate initiatives, policy or process changes, technology advancements, and more. They will also aid in collecting information, from the branches, such as pertinent data, critical feedback, and innovative ideas that corporate would find useful to improve processes & operations. BSM’s are always striving to find the solutions to Branch Managers complaints/weaknesses, but also diligently work to leverage strengths to help them grow!BSMs will travel frequently (nation wide) to branches to add value and help spread our company culture.Complete monthly P&L’s with Branch ManagersCreate Login Credentials for HomebotCreate Login Credentials for Mortgage CoachCreate Login Credentials for SalesforceProvide Training sessions for HomebotProvide Training sessions for Mortgage CoachProvide Training sessions for SalesforceObtain monthly status reports (feedback) from Branch ManagersAudit Mortgage Coach users’ activity level (Monthly)Upload Loan Officer loan data into Homebot (bi-monthly)Pull Encompass reports and update Branch Dashboard numbers (Weekly)Build relationships with Branch Managers and branch employees ·Help aid in Sales Contests Announcements, tracking, and PrizesCollaborate with internal teams to facilitate client need.Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.Maintain updated knowledge of company technology and marketing materials.Provide licensing support to generate more growthLiaison support between the Marketing Monks and Loan OfficersManage employee lists (Profile Page & Master Contact Sheet) and deactivate systems (Homebot, Mortgage Coach, Salesforce) when offboarding branch employeesCornerstone First Mortgage is proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
