Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER 03/02/2022COMPANY: ROBIT Inc.WORKING LOCATION: Sherman, TXTERRITORY: North America (Canada, USA and Mexico)SUPERIOR: VP AMERICASGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESOrder processing/invoicing.Inventory planning/purchasing.Logistics; in and outbound freight.Accounts receivables/payables.Warehouse management.Continuous improvement in operations, especially in processesSPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a leader and manager to the direct reports; customer support and warehouse operations and adminSupervise and develop the operation toReceive customer orders in the territory, enter them in ERP (Netsuite) system, create order confirmations and communicate them to customersCommunicate actively with the warehouse team about all outgoing orders and incoming shipments to ensure records of correct stock levelsInvoice customers per material deliveries out of Sherman warehouse or from other Robit warehouse shipped directly to customersPlace purchase orders either to factories or occasional third-party suppliersCheck company bank account for received wire transfers, and collect received checks, record them all as deposits in NetsuiteManage vendor payments by providing invoice copies to a third party and then by executing payments in Chase 360 softwareContinuously improve customer support processesWarehouse Management: Ensure safe working environment in the warehouse, lead the people working in the warehouse as their immediate superior, maintain good organized inventory and warehouse processes, maintain physical warehouse space as well as office space, manage shipping and receiving function.Follow up accounts receivable and lead the collection efforts, including by Netsuite sending initial reminder emails and then follow up when necessaryAssist in adding new customers in ERP system after credit reports and requesting/reviewing other appropriate informationAssist external accounting company by providing necessary input to them, e.g. bank statements, inventory reportExecute other tasks as neededKey performance indicators to meet or exceedSmooth order-to-payment processing; avoid negative customer feedback and mistakes in documentationReduction/low-level of receivablesWork related to payables is executed, including details with a third party accounting companyWorking closely with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries; in-bound and out-bound, decisions on how to shipParticipation/initiation of continuous improvement effortsJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:ERP systems: 3 years (Preferred)Customer support: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
