Job Description : | North Naples e-commerce healthcare training company seeks full-time Marketing Data Project Manager to manage the process of our complex and ever-changing prospect database.Qualified marketing prospects are the lifeblood of our company. It will be your job to ensure that all marketing prospects are captured and accurately added to our database. This process supports our marketing team and drives the majority of the revenue for our company.If you love tracking multiple data sources, coordinating with multiple department and staff, auditing work to ensure accuracy, meeting deadlines, resolving hiccups and regularly achieving goals this job is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple data sources and ensure all information is captured accuratelyWork closely with marketing team to optimize prospect volume and resultsManage outside vendors to supplement internal staff workCoordinate between departments to optimize processing newly acquired prospectsPrioritize data to ensure highest quality prospects are processed firstMeet weekly volume and accuracy goals and deadlinesManage data categorization and validation team of 2 (1 onsite and 1 offsite)Audit work to ensure accuracy and quality of data before loadingJump in and process prospects with your team to ensure goals are metSolve problems as they arise to keep prospects movingMake recommendations to streamline current processes to improve speed and accuracyRequirements: Values: Lives and breathes by the company values of Own it, People Matter, Persistent Optimism, and Results.Experience: More than 2 years of experience as project manager preferably supporting marketing functionsComputer: EXCELLENT MS Office skills – including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. MS Dynamics and SQL a massive plus, but not required.Details: Manage multiple data sources to avoid lost marketing prospects and to ensure they are loaded into our systems accurately and on time.Change: Ability to shift directions quickly and enjoy the associated challenges. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills very necessary.Location: It is preferred that this person work in our North Naples office, but we are willing to consider remote for the right person.Deadlines: Vigilant about drawing the correct conclusions and meeting deadlinesResearch: Ability to research topics online, analyze results and take action. Naturally inquisitive to anticipate and ask that next question “Why”Communications: Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to convey complex processes and findings in logical, easy-to-understand and actionable language.Auditing: Ability to review data based on key indicators, identify problems, and train to improve outcomes.Problem Solving: Identify problems in the data management process and make recommendations to solve the problem, and avoid it in the future.Strategy & Planning: Regularly examine current processes to identify opportunities to improve processing speed and accuracy.Benefits: Paid time off after 6 months (although you earn from day one).
