In this role you will own and personally deliver components of the client engagement, contributing to the overall success of each engagement. As a Digital Project Manager, you will: Assume responsibility for the efficient delivery of all digital projects —including digital landscape research and analysis, results reporting and analysis, website and app builds, videos, emails, paid search and social advertising and banner ads. The PM will manage the development process for digital and print tactics (including timelines, estimates, scope/assumptions, budget, routing, monitoring, and client submissions) and lead communication between agency, development team, client, and external vendors. The PM is charged with organizing, monitoring, routing, and tracking all jobs through the agency for assigned account(s) following agency process. He/she is responsible for creating, updating, and communicating timelines Lead discussions with internal stakeholders and clients regarding critical dates and explain and clearly articulate the details of estimates and SOWs Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to manage client expectations in tandem with agency counterparts Educate teams around the multichannel planning processes. Serve as key contributor to ensuring traditional and digital pathways are aligned, that traditional and digital processes are applied and adhered to, and that these processes are clearly understood by both internal team members and clients Communicate a thorough knowledge and understanding of all multichannel projects; explain what it takes creatively to develop projects (project steps, capabilities, technologies, creative responsibilities and skills, QA/QC processes for print and digital) according to client requirements Track and report actuals to estimates weekly including burn rates Identify projects outside of SOW and provide accurate ballpark and detailed estimating Build and update timelines and provide reports to team to staff appropriately and ensure resources are in place for workload Schedule and lead status and retrospective meetings. Also schedules internal reviews, update meetings and ensure the right people are in the right meetings Lead weekly status meetings with development team Coordinate agency job flow/creative process in an organized and efficient manner Route projects through relevant departments including all supporting documentation required for each client submission Monitor and assist team members in following the job flow process (document deviations) Maintain network folder structure Complete accurate timesheets daily Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor Qualifications College degree preferred plus 3-5 years of experience in advertising or interactive services Previous project management and project planning experience – preferably in a marketing agency setting Strong understanding of web development process Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines Outstanding communications skills Superior organizational skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Positive/helpful attitude In addition to strong educational background and work experience, we evaluate the following: Problem solving abilities Attention to detail Communication skills Organization and planning skills Interest in growing and taking on additional responsibilities as part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment Work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team Why apply to ACS: Learning – At ACS, we invest in our employees’ long term professional development.
