Your impact You will own all components of one of our key marketing channels with the goal of increasing lead conversion, testing new audiences, and improving user experience. You will lead new market launches and long term content strategies for existing markets to create a world class direct mail marketing program. You’ll own Our direct mail program from start to finish – testing, execution, creative brainstorm, KPIs, etc. Working closely with agencies and various partners to ensure efficient costs, targeting and production of direct mail campaigns. Building a proactive roadmap of channel optimizations and growth opportunities Identifying and testing new print opportunities to grow offline media presence. Evaluating campaign performance to create a playbook that outlines key drivers of direct mail performance overall. Working cross functionally with partnerships, product & lifecycle marketing teams to drive various print initiatives. You bring 3+ years professional experience in direct mail marketing. Experience working directly with creative teams and/or ad agencies to evaluate and brainstorm creative assets. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute testing strategies, measure performance and translate data into actionable objectives. Strong project management and organizational skills, particularly in juggling multiple initiatives at once.
