|Job Description :||Alexander Valley Healthcare is a growing, dynamic Federally Qualified Health Center in Cloverdale with a diverse and focused staff. We serve approximately 5,200 patients, providing medical, dental, and mental health care. All applicants must include their cover letter with their resume.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching Human Resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing Human Resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.Implements Human Resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records retention and management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and federal and state compliance.Responsible for managing Human Resources operations, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems, and implementing change.
