Prospero Health is in a mode of rapid growth and development and we’re in need of a motivated and flexible individual to support the execution of strategic clinical and operational strategies across Prospero’s market operations. Reporting to the Chief of Market Operations, this leader will oversee strategic initiative execution milestones, develop analytics and reporting to monitor initiative progress, lead the deep dive of trends and opportunities, and support senior market operations leadership in external data and reporting needs to meet client expectations. This leader will serve as a player/coach in building out the strategic initiative execution structure and analytical capabilities, as well as building and developing a team to support market operations.
This role will require strong skills in exerting indirect influence and fostering alignment across market leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to experience and impact the business and clinical care of a growing company and will exhibit a ‘can do’ attitude around driving strategy and enabling best in class clinical care.
Lead the development and ongoing management of a strategic initiative execution framework to ensure key milestones are achieved to meet clinical and financial targets.
Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to measure, track, trend, and root cause key performance indicators across clinical, operational, and people metrics; analytics will include both standardized ongoing requirements, as well as ad hoc needs.
Develop frameworks, processes, and guidelines to conduct gap analyses, bringing together complex internal and external data to inform strategies and decisions.
Serve as an internal consultant and thought partner to market operations senior leaders, as well as cross functional senior leadership, to recommend strategies and action plans to deliver clinical and financial results.
Partner with Clinical Delivery Support to identify clinical outcomes opportunities, develop levers for impact, and measure performance against those levers.
Partner with Market Operations Leaders and Healthcare Economics to translate local client reporting requests into customized, sustainable reporting.
Support clear communications across teams and upward to leadership.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders.
5-7+ years of analytics, information technology, strategic planning, and/or operational experience
Proven analytical skills, bringing together disparate pieces of data to tell a story
Acute attention to detail to create and drive project plans
Proven ability to root cause and solve complex problems
Previous experience in a health care setting with payors/providers
Proven ability to lead through influence, working across cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to innovate and navigate ambiguity
Experience implementing new systems and processes
Demonstrated ability to focus team activities toward a strategic direction as well as to develop tactical plans to achieve targets
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Proven track record in achieving business goals and on-time deliverables
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Self-starter who will take initiative and be proactive when there are multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Dependable and reliable work ethic
Master’s Degree in business, healthcare, information technology, or other related field
Experience with home-based medical care
Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
Experience with SQL
