Description: The Director of Client Success is responsible for ensuring clients achieve success and their desired outcomes while using OPTX products and services. This will occur during the processes this position oversees, which include: client onboarding, training, conversion and retention of clients, with an emphasis placed on usage measurement.The ideal candidate for this posting has extensive experience and proven expertise in Slot and Casino Marketing, including: Working knowledge of the marketing operational processesPromotions, Special Events, Advertising (preferred) Knowledge of small casino VS large resort marketing operations preferredKnowledge of local VS non-local marketing techniquesKnowledge of Slot VS Tables marketing techniquesCreation and implementation of offer and event campaigns through direct mail and email marketing techniquesExpertise in the budgeting and proforma/postforma processExperience with database segmentation and analysis preferredThis position will have a direct reporting relationship to the VP of Client Success and will work closely with the Company’s operational team in supporting and achieving the organization’s overall objectives.Responsibilities: 1) This position requires up to 30-50% domestic and some international travel2) This position may be on call for clients as needed, including weekends and holidays3) Client Onboarding – An initial and key role of this position is to build rapport and trust with new clients during the onboarding process:a. Identify and understand the Clients business practices and standards needed for implementation into OPTX.b. Identify and pursue client case study opportunities where clear opportunity exists for rapid and/or impactful business gains through the use of OPTXc. Coordinate and conduct data testing with new clientsd. Coordinate with the OPTX Development team to ensure client settings are to client specification and made ready for client use.4) Training – Primary and ongoing training to develop expert users of OPTXa. Prepare and conduct training presentations for industry executives, mid-level management, and line-level product usersb. Be available for one-on-one training and shadowing users, when requested, while on the casino floor during live use of OPTXc. Identify and participate in special projects that have a clear link or benefit to improving training5) Retention and Usage – Measure and be accountable for usage and retention of loyal OPTX usersa. Ensure client users understand the full functionality and benefits of OPTX features and reporting; find opportunities to help them apply these in their businessb. Understand usage trends and dynamics that affect conversion; Devise and implement strategies to resolve client concerns and maintain overall usagec. Share case studies and identify dollarized/metric-related benefits realized by effective use of OPTX.6) Relationship and Reputation Building – Built through industry expertise, rapid responsiveness, and showing dollarized impact for the clienta. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Casino Marketing, Player Development, or Slot Operations and of OPTX software products and servicesb.
