Equivalent education and experience considered.Travel: 0 – 5 %Position Overview: Director of Consumer Marketing will play a pivotal role in helping the company strengthen our brand by developing an innovative strategy. Responsible for managing all aspects of the brand’s marketing campaigns, operations, review budget, set goals, and conduct market research. Lead change management plans and training programs to support business for martech capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Create and lead a budget management, work plan and timeline for the rollout of content expansion and martech platform costsWork closely with the COO, Sales, and tech team on Product updates, page performance, viewability, and other factors to enhance site performanceDrive the development and execution of marketing for 15toKnow with significant focus on digital approachesMake an in-depth assessment of available channels and tools, leverage industry best practice and recent developments and will integrate all this into a high- impact roadmap for 15toKnow, built around an engagement plan for consumers as well as non-consumer (providers/health care professionals) driving the 15toKnow brandDevelop a view of the evolving competitive landscape and leverage a broad perspective across the industry to identify and drive best practice around digital expertiseWork closely with medical, non-consumer strategy, compliance, and IT colleagues to set shared goals and promote new customer interactionsDrives innovation culture and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams at15toKnow to develop innovative digital tactics and apply metrics / analyticsOther Skills: Computer Skills: Including but not limited to MS.Other required skills: The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. This position also requires a solid, self-directed individual who can excel both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
