OVERVIEW: OnTask is a no-code SaaS document and form automation SaaS platform from Accusoft, a 31 year old software company. OnTask streamlines processes for business users allowing them to collect data with online forms, generate, route and approve digital documents and collect eSignatures. OnTask is Accusoft’s fastest growing product and is now looking for a leader to manage the day to day operations of the team. The customer success director role will oversee the OnTask customer success organization, working with the leadership team to build the team and processes ensuring that our customers continue to renew and increase their usage of OnTask. The director will champion OnTask’s culture of efficiency, assuming positive intent, and focusing on growth while facilitating collaboration between both OnTask and Accusoft resources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overall retention of the customer base and management of the customer success organization. Establish and continuously measure metrics to proactively manage outreach to accounts at risk of not renewing. Collaborate with sales to ensure proper hand off for onboarding and opportunities for expansion. Manage professional services projects to on board new customers and build custom workflows. Collaborate with the OnTask leadership team to build, launch and maintain programs to expand OnTask usage to ensure organizations become sticky and continue to use and renew with OnTask. Responsible for OnTask customer support; collaborating with Accusoft’s support team with the focus of OnTask customer satisfaction. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Science in Business, Business Administration, Sales or related field; 5 plus years of leadership experience, or combination of education and experience. Required Skills: Ability to be flexible, agile and calm in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity. Have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience scaling a growing business. Highly analytical, structured and committed to a data-driven approach. Experienced growing teams and managing people directly. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships. Possess a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate our team. Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, communication, delegation and planning. Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of our OnTask Product. Bonus Skills: Experience working with SaaS applications.
