Location Hollywood, FL
Salary $75K to $80K maybe a little flexible, plus benefits
Our client is looking for a Director of Operations for their new Yacht building venture to complement their very successful distribution company based in Hollywood, Florida.
Communicates and creates policies and procedures that meet business, HR, and Legal requirements.
Planning and building the operations of the business units, accountability for the startup venture.
The Director of Operational Excellence will work cross-functionally at the corporate level as well as with wholesale representatives, retail locations, and third-party vendors.
Long-term and short-term planning includes budgets, forecasts, and operating tactics that support sales channels and evolving customer and company needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
5 years experience in leading or running operations in the Boating or Yachting industry.
Proven success in developing and promoting associates within the organization.
Proficient in budgeting, P&L analysis, and management.
Directs the management of retail and wholesale communication, policies, and procedures.
Has the ability to quickly and efficiently implement strategies to meet the needs of the business. |
