You will provide support to leadership through implementation of HR best practices, provide tools to be successful at work and champion the implementation of programs and drive change towards a culturally positive work environment.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Attract, Recruit and Onboard Diverse Candidates: · Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention· Build on current recruitment and hiring processes to attract quality diverse employees· Define, create, and execute the communications branding and strategy for recruitment, providing exciting and meticulous representation to candidates considering working at Goodr· Continued implementation and improvement current new hire onboarding processes to ensure a welcomed, wonderful, and memorable experience when joining the team· Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent managementPeople Operations & Leadership Culture Building: · Direct effective organization-wide people and culture programs and services to support the achievement of Goodr’s mission and business strategies· Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and Inclusion· Continue to build and evolve Goodr talent development processes including goal setting, team and leadership feedback, quarterly and annual reviews, core competencies and coaching· Define and establish strategies toward organizational culture goals and ensuring Goodr is an equitable and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued· Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development· Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management systemCompliance: · Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs· Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management· Prepare and analyze HR metrices and provide reports for P&CTransition and Engage Employee Alumni: · Develop processes to seamlessly offboard employees· Build strategies to successfully engage alumni as part of the broader Goodr community· Serve as a guide to staff who would like to transition to a next step outside of the companyRequired Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, People and Culture, Business Administration, or related filed requirements· Minimum of 5 years of Human Resource leadership experience· Experience developing and leading teams· Ability to coach, influence and develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels, drive change and gain trust· Strong EQ and great understanding of people, diversity, and culture· Thorough knowledge and understanding of employment related laws and regulations· Experience working on projects populated with culturally diverse team members· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines· Effective communication, presentation, analytical and quantitative skills· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills· Experience communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills and Qualifications: · Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management· SHRM or PHR certified· Previous experience in a startup environmentCommitment and Consideration: · This is a full-time position with the option to be hybrid in-person and remote Salary will be based on experience.· Benefit & Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision, Unlimited Paid time off, Short-term disability, Life Insurance, Feel Goodr FridaysPhysical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer· Must be able to lift 15lbs at a timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Human resources management: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:SHRM Certified Professional (Preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
