RiskLens is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Product team. In this role, you will drive product definition & development on a SaaS platform that enables organizations to understand and manage their cybersecurity risk in quantitative and defensible new ways.

Within 60 daysDevelop a working knowledge of the domain, product and value propositionGain understanding of primary and secondary personas, associated pain points, and economic buyer desired outcomesFully understand the key strategic and product metrics and begin to drive adoption of new metrics to provide product insights and strategyDevelop and own product management objectives that deliver measurable key results and shareholder valueBegin work on identifying and developing channel, partner, and 3rd party data opportunities that align with product strategy
In 6 monthsHave a strong understanding of our complex enterprise space and influence our strategic research and development roadmapsLead metric-driven product portfolio investment discussions and decisions with our enterprise sales team on our product-led go-to-market strategiesLead strategic, cross-functional product initiatives that bring a combination of enterprise-class platform features, analytics, and RiskLens-sourced risk intelligence to deliver a sublime and sustainable user experience for risk analysts that enables & promotes self-sufficiency and shortens time to valueTranslate data-born product capabilities and outcomes into monetized packages of customer value that are in-line with our larger business goals and North Star metricsChampion and deliver iterative market solutions from concept to launch by working closely with user experience designers, data scientists, technical architects, lead engineers, and product owners, to rapidly decompose complex ideas into highly actionable requirements and prioritized plansWork closely with cross functional teams and Executives to develop a go to market strategy that leverages investments in product and risk intelligence to drive and amplify awareness, accelerate sales cycles, increase conversion rates, and improve renewal yieldsEstablish and drive an agenda to manage meetings with diverse audiences that include customers, partners, and prospects within the Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 marketspaceStretch every day to build a great product and a great business
. Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:3-5 years’ experience in Product Management leading a function and or teamsStrong leadership skills to develop & mentor team and productBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Product ManagementA proven track record of impact with an enterprise software product, preferably in an enterprise-focused SaaS product companyStrong collaboration skills to ensure you gain insight & perspective across the company and with customers
