You believe knowledge is power, and want your team to function in the same way. You will develop training programs for your team to enhance and hone their skills further, and will provide direction and leadership within the reimbursement, coding & compliance, information systems, and credentialing business units, as well prepare financial analysis for use across the organization. You will establishes and monitor standards for controlling the registration flow as well as the integrity and quality of data throughout the revenue cycle.T*his position requires* :Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting or closely related fieldExperience in a long term setting preferred; or any combination of experience, education, and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability requiredKnowledge of regulatory reimbursement and insurance related requirementsStrong working knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, ICD9 and ICD10If you have a background in accounting, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and possess a passion for problem solving, we want to speak with you!
