What you will do: We are currently seeking a self-motivated and professional Director of Sales who will be responsible for driving top line revenue by scheduling and converting product and service demonstrations with qualified senior living organizations. This role offers significant opportunity for motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment as the organization continues to grow rapidly. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience hunting, nurturing, and converting leads and meeting sales quotas. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels. Work cross-functionally across internal teams to cultivate and nurture leads. Become a SME in the senior living and acute care space and understand the competitive landscape and market trends. Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the sales and marketing automation platforms. Report on key KPIs related to the sales pipeline . Develop relationships with new business opportunities through outbound prospecting of existing and emerging markets within senior living. Complete demos and sales for meetings set by business development representatives and through marketing tactics (i.e. inside sales and advertising). . Requirements: What we are looking for: BA/ BS degree 5-7 years of high level Sales and Business Development experience 3+ years experience cultivating relationships with new business Exquisite interpersonal skills and EQ 3+ years of digital/ CRM/marketing enterprise experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deep understanding of and passion for the customer lifecycle and customer experience Experience exceeding revenue quotas and expectations About joining our team: This is a full-time internal position. here at Enquire.
