Brilliant Corners continues to advocate to transform systematic changes for the homeless community.An Exciting Opportunity: Brilliant Corners is seeking an energetic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to join our Non-Profit organization in Los Angeles, CA. Brilliant Corners has 400 + employees throughout 4 states. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be counted on to elevate and expand Brilliant Corner’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to support our organizations growth plans. The Director of Talent Acquisition will create a strategic plan for sourcing and create applicant pipelines, establishing a network of vendors and managing the relationships, and create an employer brand that represents the culture and values of Brilliant Corners. This position is a member of the Executive Team and serves as a vital partner to all business units. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to refine and expand current talent acquisition processes, develop the team and be a part of a collaborative environment!Initiatives you will champion: Lead, supervise and develop the members of the talent acquisition. Manage the Talent Acquisition department including budget responsibilities.Create recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and to support future growth employing cost-effective recruitment solutions.Create and cultivate strong relationship with the senior leadership team to serve as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert.Research and monitor best practices for sourcing, recruitment, and technology.Optimize the Applicant Tracking System and serve as the master user.Establish and maintain recruitment metrics to gauge recruitment effectiveness.Partner with People Operation Teams, IT and the lead team to ensure Talent Acquisition process operating effectively.Identify process & system challenges and implement changes and training.To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelors’ or Masters level in Human Resources or related field desirable, but not requiredMinimum of two (2) or more years of experience in non-profit human resources, and five (5) or more combined years of Human Resources experience required;Minimum of five (5) years experience in Talent Acquisition and/or recruitment, and demonstrating increased responsibility and scope over time, preferably within a progressive non-profit organization or company;Minimum of three (3) years experience leading, coaching, developing and managing Talent Acquisition or recruitment team members with a demonstrated, proven track record building successful teams in meeting or exceeding hiring objectives;Experience working in supportive housing desirable, but not requiredDemonstrated leadership in building a teamStrategic, global thinkerCollaboratorCreative problem solverAble to integrate and assimilate to the corporate cultureIf you want to work with our team: Based in Los Angeles, CA.
