The ideal candidate will have experience in Provider/Healthcare recruiting and is a strong leader in the Human Resources field.Salary: up to $150k DOEExcellent Benefits Package***MUST BE Remote in the East Coast Time Zone***You will need previous managerial experience in order to manage a team of 8, Remote Recruiters. You will be responsible for developing new strategies and programs to attract top talent.Job Duties for the Director of Talent Acquisition: assist company managers/leaders with the development and implementation of effective recruiting plans and selection strategies for their areas of responsibility.assess the effectiveness of management and corporate talent acquisition/practices to attract top-rated candidates for key increase in quality of hire, decrease time to fill, and process excellence in recruiting.develop, select, implement and manage social media and other technology-based strategies to attract top-rated candidates for key positions.monitor, recommend and implement creative, efficient and cost-effective recruiting procedures.serve as a resource and mentor to team membersevaluate and oversee the management of recruiting solutions such as applicant tracking systems, online behavioral assessments, internal applications (referrals, job postings, recruitment advertising, and hiring resources database), Intranet and external company website content.nurture relationships with prospective candidates to develop an effective pipeline of key clinical roles.manage external relationships with search firms and contract/temporary agency firms.understand and anticipate labor market trends and their effect on the attraction and retention of talent.oversee the development of recruiting contacts with employment agencies, placement offices, and residency and fellowship programs.cultivate strong relationships with Nursing and Medical School programs in the markets we serve.Qualifications for the Director of Talent Acquisition: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Busines, Human Resources or equivalent education/years of experienceminimum of 7 years experience in Provider/Healthcare Recruiting and/or Human Resource related field, plus prior management and proven leadership within a Recruiting/HR function required.
